Ask about your flight, on X

The airline’s app shows today’s status. It doesn’t show how that flight usually does.

What it does

How Ask about your flight works

Tag or reply

Tag or reply to @WingmarkData on X with one US airline flight number. A date is optional; with none, it uses today’s date in US Eastern time.

An automated reply

The reply says on how many days, on the same weekday within 45 days of that date and on that flight’s current timetable, that flight was an hour or more late, cancelled or diverted (US DOT, Aug 2025 – Jul 2026), and names the route it graded.

The FAA status

It adds the FAA status at the flight’s airports, as read from the FAA’s public airport status.

How it behaves

One flight per question; US airlines only; no reply when there is nothing useful to say, and it never asks you a question back. Every reply we send is deleted from X within 24 hours. Reply STOP and it never replies again.

How we work
Sourced

Every figure names its source and dates; if we can’t source it, we leave it out.

Tested out of sample

Grades are checked on weeks the model never saw.

Independent

We rank places, never airlines. We are not owned by, paid by or endorsed by any airline or airport.
