Who we are. Wingmark Analytics is run by Wingmark Analytics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, c/o Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: [email protected]. GateCast, our connection-grading product, has its own terms at getgatecast.com/terms.

What this site is. Wingmark publishes news, rankings and figures about US hubs, airports and routes, built from public US Department of Transportation flight records and from our own tracking of aircraft positions. Every figure names its source and the period it covers.

Estimates, with no guarantee. Our figures, indices and grades are estimates built from past records and models. They describe what happened and how often; they do not predict any flight on any day, and they are no substitute for your airline's rules. Never book a connection shorter than your airline's minimum connection time, and confirm times with your airline before you travel. Nothing on this site is advice.

Hubs, airports and routes. Our rankings and indices rate places: hubs, airports and routes. They rate no airline, and nothing on this site should be read or quoted as a ranking of airlines.

Using and quoting our work. You are welcome to read, share and cite what we publish. When you quote a figure, name the source and the date: "Wingmark Analytics, [page title], [date]" with a link. Where a page carries an open-database notice, that notice travels with anything you take from it (see the Data licence notice). Please do not copy pages or files wholesale, scrape the site, or send automated requests that load it.

Business use. Businesses license our outputs, published figures, reports and GateCast API answers, for use inside their own products and decisions. The terms are supplied on enquiry to [email protected].

Links to other sites. Some pages link to other sites, including booking sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are responsible for none of them.

Information can be wrong or out of date. Schedules, terminals and rules change. We check and date our sources, and we correct what we get wrong (write to [email protected]), but we cannot promise that everything here is complete or current.

Limits of our responsibility. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty that it is accurate, complete, current or available. We are not liable for a missed connection, a change of plans, or any cost or loss that comes from relying on anything on this site. Nothing here excludes liability the law does not allow us to exclude, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law of the country where you live gives you.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or this site that goes to court is brought in the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and each of us accepts their jurisdiction, which is non-exclusive. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your own courts.
